The Governance Committee meets as needed and is responsible for ongoing review and recommendations to enhance the quality and future viability of the Board. The focus of the committee revolves around the following five areas: Board Role and Responsibilities, Board Composition, Board Knowledge, Board Effectiveness and Board Leadership.

The Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce exists to be a strong advocate for member businesses through services and resources, while fostering the economic vitality and prosperity of our region.
